Control Panel usernames can contain uppercase letters, but FTP usernames are required to be all lowercase. When you create your account, the system automatically selects an available FTP username from your account username, in lowercase. If that name is in use, it will automatically change the last character to a number for you.
We cannot change your main FTP username or account name after the account is created.
